Joe’s career in Construction Management began in 1999 in Southwest Florida. He has successfully completed projects in the commercial, industrial, and residential fields, both ground-up as well as renovations. Each project has included daily sub-contractor monitoring, scheduling, quality assurance, safety, progress reporting, and direct communication with on and off-site clientele. Joe has been responsible for managing projects both alone, away from home offices as well as with an on-site management team. His project experience spans across the North and Southeast of the United States and as far west as Alburquerque, New Mexico. Joe’s spectrum of projects includes the health care, retail, facility, financial, office buildout, and multifamily fields. He has been a part of each project from pre-construction development, including creating scopes of work and budgeting, through completion. Joe has created and overseen the completion of punch lists as well as final requests from clients prior to all buildings being occupied. He has also been responsible with obtaining the approval of all inspections based on the local City, Town and State requirements throughout each project up to and including the Certificates of Occupancy.
Joe is also certified in OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid and CPR which creates and reinforces a daily commitment to on-site safety.
