Dennis Feeney is serving his fifth term as an Albany County Legislator, representing residents of the 29th Legislative District (formerly the 28th district), contained entirely in the Town of Guilderland. Dennis currently serves as Majority Leader of the Legislature.

A local practicing attorney for over 35 years, Dennis is currently working as a sole practitioner. Dennis is also the Director of Government Affairs for the Division of Military and Naval Affairs. Dennis is a lifelong resident of Guilderland. He is a member of several organizations including the Guilderland Elks Lodge and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He is the President of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Conference of the St. Vincent De Paul Society.

Dennis has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. He has been recognized as an Upstate New York Super Lawyer in the area of Probate Law.

Dennis lives in Guilderland with his wife Terri.
