Antionette brings a wealth of experience from her extensive background in non-profits, corporate operations, and project management. Antionette joined AACA in December of 2022 where she started as the Executive Assistant to the CEO before being promoted to Economic Development Coordinator. Her new role has allowed her to expand her professional expertise, balancing high-level administrative support with direct engagement in economic development initiatives.
Antionette served as a contract worker at GlobalFoundries in 2022, where she contributed to the successful facilitation of system workflow approvals. From 2017 to 2021, Antionette worked for Consumer Direct Choices (CD Choices) in Albany, serving as a Program Associate. In this role, she played a vital role in educating Medicaid consumers about the Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program. Her responsibilities spanned back-office operations, human resources support for disability and unemployment claims, weekly payroll processing, and software beta testing. She participated in a marketing campaign where she appeared in a commercial for the agency. Prior to this, Antionette held a position at Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) in Ballston Spa, a role in which she functioned as the governance liaison under the Community Services Block Grant.
Before moving to the Capital Region of New York in 2012, Antionette lived in Staten Island, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, and Buffalo, NY, her hometown. Antionette gained experience in finance from working for PNC Bank Investments, PNC Bank Wealth Management, HSBC, and M&T Bank. Antionette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a concentration in Project Management, which she earned in 2015. Additionally, she became a licensed Notary Public in 2019. Antionette and her husband have two children, and a very spoiled dog named Shuri.
