Naomi comes to AACA after many years in the retail technology support space. A Brooklyn, NY native who's lived in the Capital Region for ten years, Naomi is passionate about supporting the Alliance's mission of making Albany the place to be!
Naomi obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2015, along with a Certificate of Advance Study in Professional Writing in 2016 from SUNY Fredonia. Past work experience includes being a Technical Specialist for Apple Inc., a Support Specialist for Rally Alternate Asset Investment, and being the Marketing and Member Manager for Capital CarShare. Since arriving at the Alliance, Naomi has used her technological prowess to support the team's ever-growing needs as the Alliance's jack-of-all trades, assisting with administrative tasks, website management, copy editing, tech support, graphic design, and whatever else may be needed.
An aspiring HR professional, Naomi has recently completed the Human Resource Standard Institute's (HRCI) Certificate in Human Resource Management. Naomi is currently working on the American Society of Administrative Professional's (ASAP) Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence (PACE) certification.
