Biographical Statement

Antionette Dukes-Hedge serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer for the Advance Albany County Alliance Local Development Corporation.

Antionette comes to AACA after spending the last several years working with non-profits. In 2022, she was a contract worker at GlobalFoundries where she worked on a special project to facilitate the approval process for system workflows. She was an Executive Assistant for Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) in Ballston Spa in 2015-2016; where she was the governance liaison for the non-profit organization under the Community Services Block Grant. Antionette moved on to work for Consumer Direct Choices (CD Choices) in Albany. She was a Program Associate from 2017 until the end of 2021. CD Choices is a non-profit organization under Medicaid that allows consumers an alternative to staying in a nursing home. Antionette educated consumers on the services and benefits of the Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program, performed back-office operations, assisted human resources with disability and unemployment claims and weekly payroll processing. She was in a commercial for the agency that ran in 2021 throughout New York State. She participated in beta testing for new software programs. 

Prior to living in the Capital Region of NY, Antionette lived in Pittsburgh, PA where she worked for PNC Bank Wealth Management. Antionette worked with several Trust & Estate Managers as their direct support employee. She handled special request for trust withdrawals and notarized necessary documents. 

In 2015 Antionette earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a concentration in Project Management and in 2019 she received a Notary Public license.
