Supreme Court Upholds Advance Albany County Alliance’s Selection for Demolition of the Central Warehouse

Court finds petitioner’s arguments to be without merit

ALBANY, N.Y.— The Advance Albany County Alliance and CEO Kevin O’Connor today released the following statement about the Supreme Court’s decision in the lawsuit filed against the Alliance:
